including student names, grades, project titles and approval certificates and abstracts where required.



Entry Numbers

Schools with an enrollment of 150 students or more may send up to 20 projects to the County Science Fair. Schools with an enrollment of 149 or less students may send up to 10 projects to the County Science Fair.

Special additional entries may be available. For more information please contact Melody McGuire, Humboldt County Science Fair Coordinator at mmcguire@nohum.k12.ca.us or call 839-1508.

1. Recruiting extra judges for the County Science Fair = one extra entry.
2. Represented by an active member on the County Science Fair Planning Committee = two extra entries. (Active membership requires 80% attendance at meetings and the commitment to work one full day during the week of the Science Fair.)
3. Providing an adult (teacher, parent or other volunteer) to work one day during the week of the Science Fair assembling paperwork, setting up tables or greeting field trips = one extra entry.
4. Sending a teacher to the Science Fair Coordinators' Meeting = one extra entry.
