Support for school administrators is provided through professional development offerings as well as individualized one-on-one consultations.

  • CLASS Coaching Program – A series of training sessions and on-going networking, collaboration-building sessions are offered through the HCOE. This program was developed by ACSA (Association of California School Administrators) to develop coaching skills in administrators designed to lead to student success. Trained and certified administrators can be matched to those wishing coaching support.
  • ACCP Local Program – HCOE is an approved provider of the ACSA Alternative Clear Credential Program, which will enable enrolled administrators to earn a Tier II Clear Credential.
  • Professional Development for administrators is arranged each year to meet needs identified by local districts as priorities. Opportunities to link to trainings via videoconferencing are provided to enable administrators to participate in high-quality professional development without incurring travel expenses and time away from their districts.
  • Information on any topic needed from the Department of Education can be researched for local administrators.
